There’s a new boutique hotel on the corner of King William and Hindley Streets in the old CML building.  As soon as you walk into Mayfair Hotel, you’re in a different world and you forget that you’re actually on the somewhat seedy Hindley Street.  It’s a quality and classy fit out, and you don’t have to wonder why they have curtained off the street view on both sides.
